**Formación y experiência**
- Estudios mínimos: Ingeniería en computación, Licenciatura en informática o afines.
- Valorables estudios de posgrado.
- Experiência mínima: 5 -10 años con empresas de actividades afines
- Con conocimientos en tecnologías de BI/Big Data

**Tus principales funciones serán**:

- Aseguramiento de la calidad y de la satisfacción de los clientes; cumplimientos de KPI’s, CLA’s, etc
- Responsable del margen de utilidad, ganancias, sanidad de proyectos tanto cerrados como tiempos y materiales.
- Desarrollo de negocio (No es un perfil comercial, sin embargo, tiene responsabilidades de crecimiento de cuentas a nível facturación por colaboradores)
- Gestión y coordinación de los proyectos/recursos y servicios a su cargo, con

responsabilidad en la cuenta de resultados de tu área de responsabilidad - Es líder de Delivery Manager de 2 o más cuentas.
- Gestión del talento de las personas a su cargo, planes de desarrollo y crecimiento, además de capacitación en conjunto con DM y área de People.
- Colaboración en proyectos estratégicos internos, experiência con gestión de operaciones locales o a nível LATAM.
- Experiência en el área técnica de datos (No se involucrara a nível operación técnica sin embargo se requiere que comprenda y logre negociar de acuerdo a su experiência los perfiles y alcances de las solicitudes: Arquitectura, consultoría, etc)
- Experiência en empresas de Data, exclusivamente
- Inglés avanzado

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Lunes a viernes
- Turno de 10 horas
