Como **Associate Manager, Engineering** podrás coordinar y liderar los proyectos de capital que involucren nuevas líneas de producción, desarrollo de nuevos productos, ampliación de capacidad instalada o proyectos de estrategia global; asegurando la perfecta ejecución de los mismos, cumpliendo y optimizando los objetivos previamente establecidos.

Esta posición contribuye a lograr los objetivos de proyectos de inversión claves de la Compañía, buscando maximizar el uso de recursos en la ejecución de los mismos, cumpliendo los objetivos.

**PRINCIPALES REPONSABILIDADES**
- Gestionar los recursos humanos (internos & externos) asignados al proyecto de una manera efectiva.
- Proveer de la información necesaria para lograr negociaciones efectivas con proveedores y contratistas.
- Conducir análisis del proyecto para alcanzar los objetivos de costo, tiempo y desempeño a fin de tomar las decisiones apropiadas.
- Mostrar iniciativa y creatividad para optimizar el uso de los recursos y capital asignados al proyecto.
- Organizar y coordinar juntas efectivas con personal interno y externo a SCJ para el seguimiento, avances y acuerdo establecidos durante la ejecución del proyecto.
- Organizar y desarrollar presentaciones efectivas a los stakeholders del proyecto.
- Apoyo en la creación de documentos técnicos necesarios para verificar preliminarmente la viabilidad de fabricación y recibir cotización ie hojas de especificación de maquinaria nueva.
- Gestionar, solucionar problemas e implementar líneas de producción en planta y poder cuando sea necesario soportar a 3 PMs desde el punto de vista técnico en caso de que sea solicitado.
- Liderar los esfuerzos para determinar la viabilidad de fabricación de nuevos productos o proyectos de sourcing in house que se fabrican fuera de planta.
- Responsable de estimar los montos de MEA y la ejecución del proyecto de capital y puesta en marcha.
- Coordinar actividades y planes para finalizar la calificación y puesta en marcha de la línea de producción, asegurando una fuerte socialización y seguimiento con la Gerencia, con el escalamiento apropiado de apoyo.
- Servir como interfaz de ingeniería local / cadena de suministro para otras áreas clave, incluyendo RD & E, finanzas, Marketing y otros sitios de fabricación de SCJ
- Servir de enlace con el equipo técnico para validar el proceso y realizar estudios de capacidad de proceso.
- Promover y apoyar las actividades lean ( mejora)y la reducción de residuos y retrabajos.
- Asegurar metodología de Early Equipment Management para la implementación de proyectos de planta, que esta basada en el PMI.
- Asegurar el proceso de Technology Transfer and Training ( TT&T) en la ejecución de proyectos que requieran el desarrollo de nuevos competencias.
- Spanish translation. **HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS**
- Graduados de la carrera de Ingeniería Química, electromecánica o similares.
- Muy buen nível de inglés hablado y escrito
- Certificación de Project Management.
- Manejo de SAP, AUTOCAD, MS PROJECT.
- 3- 5 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Gestión de proyectos y mejora de procesos
- Excelente comunicación, habilidades de liderazgo y un fuerte jugador de equipo
- Conocimiento de los estándares de calidad y seguridad
- Conocimiento de estándares internacionales y normas oficiales de diseño
- Conocimiento de la tecnología de dispositivos eléctricos y el proceso de montaje
- Capacidad para lidiar con la complejidad y gestionar la ambigüedad
- Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas
- Movilidad para atender visitas con proveedores externos, otros SCJ sites o el Corporativo.
