**Requisitos**:
Escolaridad: Pasante o Titulado de Licenciaturas en el área Administrativa o afín.

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado (Indispensable 80%)

Sin experiência, buscamos tu talento y tu interés por Desarrollarte en funciones de apoyo al área comercial.

Disponibilidad de tiempo completo y para trabajar en esquema híbrido en la zona de Polanco CDMX, visitas a clientes y/o asistencia a eventos con Partners en caso de ser necesario.

CONOCIMIENTOS
- Paquetería Microsoft / Excel nível intermedio-avanzado (Indispensable)

**Responsabilidades**:

- Manejo de CRM (Sería un plus, no es escluyente)
- Generación y administración de la documentación requerida por el área comercial
- Atención de los requerimientos de los los clientes, asegurando el involucramiento de las diversas áreas de la empresa en la atención oportuna de sus requerimientos y/o escalamientos.
- Desarrollo de los reportes con métricas KPI´s del equipo comercial, así como su evaluación a fin de dar seguimiento a su adecuado cumplimiento.
- Aplicación de encuestas de satisfacción al cliente, para identificar situaciones de riesgo y/o mejora para generar estrategias de acción y fidelización.
- Elaboración de presentaciones comerciales y apoyo en la promoción de los servicios de la empresa en Redes Sociales.
- Asistencia a eventos con Partners y/o Clientes.
- INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL:
Plan de vida y carrera al finalizar el programa de Trainees, Contrato directo 100% nominal y Prestaciones Superiores a la Ley
