**Sales - Operations Support**

Mexico City

The role:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing the operations and processes of the E2E Sales Process.
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams.
- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with GSDC and other supporting teams.
- Responsible for supporting existing accounts with their order and quoting needs that would not be supported by the GSDC teams.
- Oversight to GSDC Adoption, Utilization and Quality.
- Support setup and onboarding as needed.
- Provide licensing support as needed in conjunction with GSDC and other supporting teams.
- Facilitate the credit and rebill process with the GSDC and supporting departments.
- Support Backoffice Finance reports.

What we need to see from you:
**Key knowledge / experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university preferred.
- Operational Background.
- Worked on IT business before, preferably as Inside Sales, Sales - Operations Support, or similar.
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

**Your Language Skill**

Written and verbal English Skill is a plus.

- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Solid problem solving and consultative skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision.
