As a member of Vertiv’s Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective. You will collaborate across the HR organization to deliver process improvements and enhancements in effort to drive best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the Tijuana and Mexicali facilities
- Help improve existing hiring practices through relationships, processes, and technology
- Manage the administrative hiring process for all requisitions in Tijuana and Mexicali
- Collaborate with HR to ensure an effective and beneficial partnership
- Demonstrate success supporting high volume recruiting
- Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization
- Be innovative: Share your own ideas within the team to drive continuous improvement, examine each process and task with the goal of constantly providing increasing value to the customer
- Own your job: Approach your daily work and customers with ethics, responsibility, discipline and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customer, the company and your development
- Foster a data driven organization and leverage metrics/trends to drive results
**Education, Skills and Experience**:
- 2-4 years minimum talent acquisition administrative experience on a regional or national level, preferably in corporate environments
- Experience in high volume recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully
- Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in
- Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences
- Perform within a highly transformative fast paced environment
