**Funciones y responsabilidades**

- Resolver y gestionar el soporte con los colaboradores de la empresa.
- Resolver y gestionar el soporte con los clientes de la empresa.
- Conocimiento de CRM
- Realizar reportes de resultados en el funnel de atención al cliente.
- Realizar tareas administrativas y documentación de procesos.
- Mejorar el pipeline e inteligencia de customer success

**Formación y experiência**
- Formación profesional: Soporte, customer success o marketing
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en servicio al cliente
- Experiência y conocimiento intermedio en la operación de CRM y Customer Success

Salario: A partir de $8,000.00 al mes
