Finance Internship

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Finance team at HPE provides world class decision support driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through our commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation. We provide accurate and timely financial information meeting the company’s regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with unwavering integrity. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner.

In a typical day as an Intern in the area of Finance, you would
- Be able to work in one of the biggest IT companies
- Work in an international environment with experienced colleagues
- Be getting insight in different area like product marketing, public relation, campaigns and events, projects and strategy, product management and communications

**Job Skills**
- Team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking
- Experience with MS Office and project work (including university and non-university projects wise.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills

**Education**
- Currently pursuing a college degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics as a 2nd year complete student
- 0-1 year experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
- ** Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent Excel knowledge ( macros)
- Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment( nice to have)
- Excellent and analytical business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong computer skills, solid database and PowerBI knowledge

- Communicative, a team player and able to solve problems with analytical thinking
- Experienced in MS Office and initial experienced in project work (university and non-university wise)
- Very good in verbal and written communication
