**SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)**
As a global supplier to the semiconductor industry, we provide advanced copper interconnects, die attachment, wafer bump processes, solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the integrated circuit fabrication, semiconductor packaging, and electronic assembly industries. Our products touch nearly every facet of modern life and enable smart devices, phones, computers, electric vehicles, and more to function properly. SAS consists of three distinct business units (Circuit Board Assembly, Semiconductor Assembly, and Wafer Level Packaging) which are positioned to meet our customers’ everchanging needs. **Job Purpose**:
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate/interact effectively with the Production and Sales Teams
- Establish excellent communication with distributors, sales representatives and regional sales managers, and all potential new target accounts.
- Communicate directly with customers (OEM and distributors) in the processing of orders, pricing, addressing concerns and questions, and providing statuses on orders.
- Monitor and input sales orders, credits, quotes and other information as necessary.
- Input information into Atlas
- Track and monitor each target account
- Maintain customer files
- Monitor consignment accounts to insure weekly reconciliation by placing orders, receiving material, and verbal communications with account.
- Provide SDS and technical bulletins which can involve Sales and Marketing personnel.
- Coordinates the entering and maintaining of customer orders in computer system.
- Coordinate customer receipts and shipments with Shipping and Receiving, Quality and Production Departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor status of customer orders that are in-house from time of arrival to departure. Report order performance such as receiving data, on time delivery, customer returns and complaints.
- Process requests for new quotes or update of old quotes, review of price matrix and assurance of proper approvals.
- Support distributor network to provide distributor with information on new products, expedites, price support, and other requirements as necessary.
- Support Sales personnel to ensure that DSM has tools and information necessary to secure new accounts and maintain current accounts..
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Possess a High School degree. Associate degree preferred.
- One to two years customer service-related experience.
- Must possess proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
