Customer Service

a) Brindar atención y seguimiento a las solicitudes de los clientes de acuerdo con el servicio ofrecido, asegurando su satisfacción en cuanto a las transferencias, manejo, custodia y almacenaje de sus mercancías.
- b) Verificar el estatus de los embarques como: fechas, horarios de llegada y trazabilidad completa de sus mercancías, brindando retroalimentación asegurando la entera satisfacción del cliente.
- c) Recibir, revisar y consolidar la información completa de las solicitudes de los clientes, asegurando que la información compartida sea clara y este completa.
- d) Recibir, comunicar y dar seguimiento a las quejas de los clientes vía correo electrónico, inmediatamente después de su recepción, asegurando la solución de la misma.
- f) Realizar reuniones mensuales con los clientes que tuvieron un decremento en las operaciones, gestionando acciones para promover el incremento en sus transferencias.
- g) Garantizar la aceptación de las solicitudes del cliente dando cumplimiento al seguimiento y retroalimentación del estatus de los embarques.
- h) Mantener informado al cliente en todo momento sobre el estatus de sus solicitudes hasta la recepción de sus embarques en almacén.
