Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the deployment of virtual, in-person, and online training sessions.
- Train commercial teams both in-person and virtually.
- A person with an incredible attitude to inspire our new hires.
- Your scope will include onboarding new members who join the commercial team, as well as continuously updating it
- Documentation of different sales processes.
- Design and develop effective training solutions addressing employees' skill and knowledge development needs.
- Align learning solutions with organizational strategic objectives and competencies.
- Develop engaging instructional content.
- Serve as the owner for learning projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Create training materials, learning solutions.
- Implement and manage training programs efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the deployment of training programs, ensuring smooth and effective rollout.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Evaluate the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, food engineering, marketing, psychology, Education, Pedagogy, Human Resources or any business administrative career.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented and accurate
- People's person.
- Excellent communicator with a passion for teaching others
- Very strong organization skills and fast reaction to sudden changes
- Motivator, charismatic
- Fluent English is a MUST.
