Sales Representative

**Objetivo del puesto**:
El Sales Representative será responsable de promover y posicionar los servicios de fisioterapia en el sector salud, mediante visitas a profesionales de la salud, clínicas, gimnasios, escuelas y hospitales con el objetivo de crear alianzas.
Este rol busca incrementar las ventas de la compañía a través de estas alianzas y fortalecer la relación con los clientes, además de asegurar que el posicionamiento de los servicios cumpla con los objetivos de ventas y calidad establecidos por la empresa.
**Responsabilidades**:
- **Alianzas con médicos, escuelas y gimnasios**:Realizar visitas a médicos, hospitales, escuelas y gimnasios para presentar los servicios de fisioterapia de la empresa, destacando sus beneficios y creando alianzas.
- **Capacitación y actualización de clientes**:Brindar información técnica a los doctores y clientes sobre los servicios y mantenerlos actualizados en cuanto a nuevos lanzamientos y actualizaciones.
- **Análisis de mercado**:Realizar un análisis constante de las tendencias del mercado, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y reportando las actividades de la competencia.
- **Seguimiento de objetivos de venta**:Trabajar bajo metas de ventas establecidas y realizar un seguimiento constante del rendimiento de sus cuentas, ajustando estrategias en función de los resultados.
- **Gestión de relaciones con clientes**:Establecer y fortalecer relaciones sólidas con médicos, hospitales y otros profesionales del sector para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y la fidelidad a largo plazo.
- **Participación de eventos médicos**:Participar en eventos médicos, talleres y conferencias que faciliten la promoción y capacitación sobre los servicios de la empresa.
- **Manejo de redes sociales**: Colaborar en la creación de contenido en redes sociales para la promoción de los servicios de la compañía.
**Requerimientos**:
- Licenciatura en áreas de salud, como Medicina, Fisioterapia, Administración, Relaciones Públicas, Marketing, Comunicación, Psicología o afines.
- Experiência +3 años previa en ventas o relaciones públicas preferiblemente en el área de la salud
- Habilidad para **crear relaciones a largo plazo**:
- Manejo de CRM, Excel y Redes Sociales
- Herramientas de gestión de ventas
- Habilidad de comunicación y persuasión
- Empatía para comprender las necesidades del cliente, orientación a resultados y capacidad de organización
**Beneficios**
**Horario**:Lunes a Viernes 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 2 horas de comida. Sábados 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
**Modalidad**:Tiempo completo, Por honorarios o 100% nominal, 100% presencial
**Sueldo**: $12,000 a $15,000 MXN netos mensuales
