**Pricing and Commercial Gas Leader**
**Purpose of the Position**:
- Design and implement the sales strategy for your Region. Achieve the sales targets and growth forecasts for gas and power solutions. Develop your Region, positioning ENGIE as a key player in the energy market, maintaining strong commercial relationships with current and potential clients, brokers, and industry experts. Qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline and successfully increase revenues and profitability for the business._
**Responsabilities and Job Functions**:
- **Contribute to the definition of the sales strategy for gas and power commercialization activities, in coordination with B2B Supply teams.**:
- **Lead the implementation of the sales strategy for your Region: prospect, generate qualified leads, negotiate, and sign new contracts to meet ambitious sales targets (volumes and margins) for natural gas and electrical energy. Drive the growth in the Region.**:
- **Continuously assess market trends, client expectations and the evolution of the competitive landscape in your Region. Provide feedback on those evolutions to Product Experts to ensure ENGIE Commercialization entities (Gas and Power) can continuously adjust their product catalogue and commercial conditions.**:
- **Leverage on this market insight to maintain a competitive advantage in the market and transform sales opportunities (based on local conditions to win).**:
- **Educate the market and customers on ENGIE capabilities and identify opportunities in the Region to address customer needs with ENGIE energy and gas services.**:
- **Build and maintain strong commercial relationships at senior levels with key customers/prospects, brokers, industry experts.**:
- **Attend industry specific networking events and actively participate in organizations as a representative for ENGIE in the market.**
**Ocupational Profile**:
- Administrative, Accounting or Business
- MS Office (mainly Excel)
- Natural gas tracking platforms (ICE, Platts, Bloomberg (basic))
- Laws, directives, norms, rules and fundamentals of the natural gas market and products that are being marketed for B2B segment in Mexico.
- Data Managing Tools
- English (advanced level)
**Technical Skills**:
- _Master in Engineering, Economics or Management (or other relevant field of expertise)/ MBA is a plus. _
- _Experience:_ 5 years of working experience in the Energy and/or Gas sector.
- Knowledge and strong networking relationships within the Energy and or Gas sector.
- Customer centricity.
- Strong writing and presentation skills preferably demonstrated through a proven track record of winning bids and leading client presentations articulating the value proposition of each product.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, including resolving customer complaints.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into solutions that address customer needs.
- Knowledge of SalesForce CRM for client’s information.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- _Fluent in English_
