**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Delivery Analyst who is passionate about Knowledge Management and Lifelong learning and has a genuine interest in building learning journeys and architectures by implementing a Corporate University. Must have creative, resilient profile and be connected with agile and learning methodologies as well as, authoring tools (articulate, powtoon and others). Hands-on profile and thinking outside the box.
**Your Impact**
As Learning Delivery Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- The professional will be responsible for conducting face-to-face and online training, ready materials, adapting and creating new themes, adapting on platforms and face-to-face.
- Experience with behavioral training and various. Training themes: Leadership, Business and Human Skills such as time management, emotional intelligence, posture and professional ethics (Human Skills in general).

- Recommends course improvements to L&D Specialist based on experience with facilitating the content.
- Creates written reports, communicating experiences that take place at each training location.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Dynamic individual skilled at facilitating highly interactive, participant-centered training workshops.
- Expert facilitator skilled in engaging learners via presentation and learning activities in both live in-person and live virtual environments.
- Skilled at addressing individual differences in ability, personality and interests at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills.
- Proven track record of resourcefulness and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to think on their feet.
- Must be self-motivated and results driven with a focus on customer service.
- Energetic and proactive individual capable of succeeding with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in the use of MSFT Office products, including Word, PPt, Excel, Outlook, Yammer, Forms, Stream, Teams and Zoom.
