**Responsibilities**:
**The** **Opportunity**
Design and develop the learning solutions for TechSales project to ensure the development of the key skills and knowledge for assigned functions in LATAM sector, using the proper instructional design methodology, coordination with media production team and main point of contact between the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the timely delivery of the solutions for each scrum.
Create the most engaging and effective learning experiences for our learners.
**Your Impact**
As HR Learning Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Design and validate the proposed L&D solution for its assigned functions following the main process and ensuring having the input from business experts, outside consultands and or functional leaders (SMEs) when needed. Providing service to all LATAM BU´s (PMF, PBF, SOCO, CARICAM and ANDEAN) the scrums conforming the PI and impacting +35k Sales employees.
- Develop the L&D solutions and all it’s contents (objectives, activities, curricula, assignments, storyboards, etc) according to the business and learner needs.
- Contribute to the successful design of critical project governance and program management activities.
- Keep track of the progress in development and production timelines of the project to escalate risks regarding support needed from stakeholders to guarantee the SLAs of the process.
- Define and document the defined KPIs for measuring and assessing the Learning Solution effectiveness for the project.
- Responsible of updating the Learning Knowledge Base when new solutions are developed, updated or deprecated contents
- Main trainer in the train the trainers sessions for our delivery teams, and accountable of the proper knowledge transfer within this agenda
Qualifications:

- Bachelor in humanities o designer (Preferably Education)
Languages:
- Languages: English desirable
- Portuguese desirable
**Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience with learning methodologies, instructional design and learning strategies
- Strong collaboration in virtual environments
- Strong project management capability and leadership skills
- Negotiation & Communication Skills
