**About the Role**

Transpalce, an Uber Freight company, is looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in the Transportation, Supply Chain or Logistics field. Our specialists will manage transportation functions to ensure accurate, timely delivery of product in the most efficient and cost-effective manner all while providing excellent customer service to our customers.
- Gestión de los aspectos cotidianos del envío, el seguimiento y la gestión de incidencias en cargas, trayecto y entregas. Comunicación con los transportistas.
- Asegurar la capacidad de carga y colocación de los equipos a tiempo.
- Establecer y mantener relaciones efectivas con clientes y transportistas a través de comunicaciones y respuestas profesionales y oportunas a las consultas.
- Generar informe de operación al inicio del turno y al final del turno para un seguimiento.
- Gestión de Rechazos con clientes. Comunicación con cliente, Almacén y Carriers.
- Elaboración de reportes de citas, incidencias y Rechazos (gestión)
- Seguimiento y Solicitud de RANES.
- Visibilidad y reporte de On Time.
- Seguimiento de entregas 24/ 7, incluye fines de semana.
- Generación de planes de acción, sobre las afectaciones a Cliente.
- Trámite de citas para todos los 3PL (Joya, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Toluca, Villahermosa, Tijuana y EVSA en temporalidades).
- Generación de citas de 9 a 18 hrs (Portal de Clientes, Llamadas y Correo Electrónico)
- Envió de estatus de solicitud de citas (10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm y 5 pm).
- Envió de estatus de citas ya solicitadas sin confirmar. (Solicitado, pendiente de confirmación, sin solicitar).
- Actualizar en tiempo y forma los eventos logísticos tales como fecha y hora de arribo y salida de origen / arribo y salida de destino.
- Dirigir sesiones de formación sobre el portal del transportista, según sea necesario.
- Identificar patrones de rendimiento de transportistas y recomendar acciones de mejora.
- Utilizar el TMS para gestionar activamente la puntualidad y el objetivo de automatización.

Fomentar el uso de TMS como herramienta de comunicación con clientes y Transportistas

**Requisitos básicos**:

- Disponibilidad de horario y fines de semana de acuerdo con lo que demanda la operación (rolar turnos).
- Licenciatura preferentemente.
- Ingles básico
- Experiência en Logística en operación nacional, Relacionarse con líneas de Transporte y conocimiento en el canal entregas retail.
- Informes y análisis (capacidad para ejecutar informes, validar la información, comprender los informes y ofrecer comentarios y opiniones a su jefe o a los contactos del cliente.
- Microsoft Excel - conocimiento de Microsoft Excel, incluyendo, pero no limitado a VLookup, tablas dinámicas y fórmulas avanzadas

**Requisitos preferidos**
- Conocimientos en el área de Logistica.
- Paquetería Office.

**Experience**: Preferred
- 2 year(s): Manejo de transporte nacional, Ruteo y conocimiento de diferentes tipos de vehículos de carga. Monitoreo y seguimiento de unidades a las citas de carga y citas de entrega. Trato con coordinadores de Transporte. Conocimiento de clientes de autoservicio, Mayoreo, Tradicional, Regionales. Manejo y elaboración de reportes. Trato con cliente para dar estatus requeridos. Trabajo bajo presión.
