We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive seamless support when traveling abroad.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and making arrangements for emergency medical treatment when needed.
You will work closely with our Medical, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns. This includes handling a variety of incoming calls, explaining policy benefits, tracking delayed luggage, and making arrangements for emergency medical treatment.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential, as is basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
