- 10+ years of work experience
- 4+ years in buying, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing
- Minimum of 2+ years negotiation experience
- 3-5 years managing large data sets using Excel
- 3+ years of executive-level communication in English and Spanish
- Proven persuasion skills and vendor management experience
- Proven willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved in the details to achieve goals

Job summary
The Amazon Mexico team is looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Vendor Manager. Joining the Consumer Electronics team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The Senior Vendor Manager will be responsible for building and managing Amazon Mexico's one of our Consumer Electronics' categories, including creating, negotiating, and maintaining strong vendor relationships; innovating how we connect with and add value for customers; owning and driving the P&L (including reporting, unit, revenue, and margin growth); and working with stakeholder teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience that will result in category leadership in the online market segment.
- Master's degree (MBA)
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with large data sets, SQL, Python, Visual and other database language a plus
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented
