Registre todas las solicitudes o problemas de los huéspedes en la computadora, comuníquese con la persona o el departamento apropiado (por ejemplo, Bellboy, Housekeeping) y haga un seguimiento con el huésped para asegurarse de que su solicitud se haya resuelto a su satisfacción.
Siga todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa; garantizar que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean limpios y profesionales; mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada; y proteger los activos de la empresa. Dé la bienvenida y reconozca a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía, anticipe y aborde las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes, ayude a las personas con discapacidades y agradezca a los huéspedes con un aprecio genuino. Hable con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional, y conteste teléfonos usando la etiqueta apropiada.
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los demás, y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes. Cumplir con las expectativas y estándares de garantía de calidad. Leer y verificar visualmente la información en una variedad de formatos; pararse, sentarse o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo o durante todo un turno de trabajo. Mueva, levante, cargue, empuje, tire y coloque objetos que pesen menos o igual a 10 libras sin ayuda. Realizar otras tareas laborales razonables según lo soliciten los Supervisores.
