**The Company**

**The area**

We are currently looking for an Investment Operations Analyst in the Delegated Investment Solutions Operations team in the Mexico City office. This role will report to Manager of the Middle Office in Canada, as part of WTW Delegated Investment Solution (DIS) business.

The focus of the role is to perform middle office operations functions using WTW integrated technology platform while working closely with operations colleagues, custodians, and investment managers to ensure the middle office functions are completed accurately and timely. This role requires a team-player that are numbers and detail orientated with a good working knowledge of investment management or custodian back-office operations.

**The Role**

The team is part of the wider Global Investment Operations group, of 160 colleagues, whose core focus is on supporting and servicing the needs of our Investments business and clients. Working with a large, experienced team will allow you to learn about many aspects of the Investment industry whilst building your knowledge of the third-party service providers that we work with.

The focus of the role is to perform middle office operations functions for predominantly pension fund clients while working closely with operations colleagues, custodians, and investment managers to ensure the middle office functions are completed accurately and timely. This role requires a team-player that are numbers and detail orientated with a good working knowledge of investment management or custodian back-office operations.

**The responsabilities**

The Investment Operations world is wide ranging and includes some exciting challenges. Responsibilities over time will include:

- Run and check daily balancing process
- Dealing with custodians/investment managers/administrators
- Monitor trade exceptions, tax reclaims and corporate actions of third party investment managers
- Process custody fees, recoverable fees and such for funds, upon request
- Process distributions, market effect, fee rebates, fees, as needed
- Assist in yearly fund audit
- Following set procedures and maintaining controls (risk management).
- Ability to operate efficiently and accurately with tight timelines
- Produce monthly client market value updates for release of monthly reporting
- Produce monthly reports for usage by internal teams
- Produce reports for legacy business

**The Requirements**
- Minimum 1-year professional experience, preferably in investment management/custodian back-office operations.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, financial or investment related fields.
- Interest in financial investing and the investment field.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
- Enjoy working with numbers and compiling data, using your mathematical and analytical skills to maximize your efforts and be attentive to all the details to deliver correct information.
- Organization skill.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage workload effectively, and demonstrate effective time management skills, such as multi-tasking and prioritizing workflow.
- Bilingual English required, French is considered an asset.
