Key Responsibilities

The Role:

Collaborate with the Field Sales Operations (FSO) Manager to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team through streamlined communication, reporting, and operational processes. Regularly assess and refine systems to promote efficiency and drive performance.

Your Contributions:

As a Sales Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Core Duties:
  • Provide daily support to the national field sales team, including planning and prioritizing execution strategies.
  • Develop and compile field communication materials, such as the Monthly Execution Deck and ad-hoc reports, emphasizing key execution priorities and promotional activities.
  • Review and enhance existing sales tools, collaborating with IT to test and implement new systems that improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the administration of critical sales tools, ensuring the field team has access to necessary information and resources.
  • Manage merchandising functions and reporting tasks to support sales operations.
  • Implement system improvements and pilot new back-office solutions to enhance operational performance.
  • Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting day-to-day system and field issues.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to explore innovative technologies for sales management.
  • Prepare and present solution overviews to the FSO Manager.
  • Provide support to the Sales Operations team during absences.
People Engagement:
  • Maintain strong relationships with Field Sales Managers to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with support teams to track performance and provide assistance to the field sales team.
  • Assist in organizing business meetings, preparing materials, and engaging in discussions.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving service offerings within the organization.
Qualifications

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in digital tools and current technology trends.
  • Background in business analysis, utilizing data and technology to address complex challenges.
  • Effective presentation skills for conveying concepts and information.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and reporting tools.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
