We are looking for a Market Lead, Account Manager to join our sales team in Amsterdam. This role is the key interface between the sales team and the director of sales for the region and is responisble for winning and developing business. This role is a combination of management and sales and would suit an experienced sales person looking for a leadership role.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Accelerate the growth and success of International SOS business within the defined market
- Develop and execute strategy and direction for the market with Director of Sales
- Work with existing and establishing new partners to drive growth
- Help drive the cross-border agenda internally with relevant key markets
- Develop a market plan to illustrate growth opportunities, market dynamics, competitors etc to show how to achieve growth expectation
- Support director of sales through pipeline and forecasting accuracy.
- Coach and mentor of market team members where needed.
- Be the initial point for pricing and commercial escalations prior to sales director sign off.
**About you**:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or business development in a professional services environment
- Experience of selling in a cross-border sales environment
- Commerical Accumen
- A natural networker and a team player
- Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and spoken English
