**This Role**

We are looking to hire an awesome Customer Experience Supervisor to coach our staff to deliver exceptional customer service. The Customer Experience Supervisor will build a strong team and shape staff behaviors to accomplish desired results. You will play a collaborative role in growing, implementing and supervising processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and assessing customer experience staff activities, and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
- Strategizing and monitoring daily activities of customer service operation
- Assisting customer experience staff with duties where required
- Investigate and solve customer complaints
- Document pertaining to customer service department activities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as an agent
- Demonstrated Excellent QA
- Proficient computer skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge (intermediate mandatory)
- Strong people skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
