Objetivo de la posición:
Buscamos un Especialista en Customer Experience apasionado y orientado a resultados, con experiencia comprobada en la gestión de la experiencia del cliente y un profundo conocimiento de (NPS). El o La candidato(a) ideal será responsable de medir, analizar y mejorar continuamente la satisfacción del cliente a través de estrategias centradas en el NPS, asegurando así la lealtad del cliente y el crecimiento del negocio.
Actividades:
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas para medir y mejorar el NPS en todos los puntos de contacto con el cliente.
- Recopilar, analizar y presentar datos relacionados para identificar tendencias, áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos interfuncionales para implementar cambios y mejoras basados en los hallazgos.
- Capacitar al personal en todos los niveles para fomentar una cultura centrada en el cliente y la mejora continua.
- Proporcionar informes regulares sobre el rendimiento y proponer recomendaciones para optimizar la experiencia del cliente.
- Gestionar iniciativas específicas orientadas a mejorar la retención de clientes y aumentar la lealtad de la marca.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas en la gestión de la experiencia del cliente y el uso efectivo del NPS.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Informática, Administración de empresas, Marketing y/o afín.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de ciberseguridad, con la experiencia del cliente.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos para tomar decisiones informadas.
Certificación en gestión de experiencia del cliente o en metodologías relacionadas con NPS (opcional, pero preferido)
