- ** Incorporación de clientes (de inicio a fin)**:
- ** Supervise y gestione el progreso de las tareas de incorporación en los equipos de ventas, asistencia al cliente, suscripción e implementación.**
- ** Garantice el cumplimiento de los SLA y ayude a resolver cuellos de botella en el proceso de incorporación.**
- ** Implementación e informes**:
- ** Realice un seguimiento de los casos de implementación, garantizando que tanto las afiliaciones con tarjeta presente como las sin tarjeta presente se entreguen al cliente dentro del SLA.**
- ** Generar informes sobre afiliaciones completadas para revisión interna.**
- ** Clientes nunca activos**:
- ** Identifique a los clientes recién incorporados con actividad de transacciones mínima o nula (menos de $50 en los primeros 2 meses).**
- ** Realizar esfuerzos de retención a través de llamadas de servicio, visitas de ejecutivos de ventas, alineación con nuestros socios bancarios, resolución de problemas de servicio u oferta de promociones (por ejemplo, tarifas reducidas, actualización de dispositivos, etc.).**
- ** Cuidados Intensivos**:
- ** Supervise a los clientes de alto valor ("clientes TOP") para garantizar una rentabilidad constante.**
- ** Aborde las tendencias decrecientes de ingresos iniciando llamadas de servicio para identificar y resolver problemas.**
- ** Monitoreo e informes de SLA**:
- ** Supervisar el desempeño de los SLA en todos los departamentos relevantes, brindando información completa y actualizada a los ejecutivos de ventas y líderes divisionales a través de una actualización oportuna de los informes relacionados.**
- ** Mantener y actualizar datos a través de informes de implementación y casos concluidos/no concluidos.**
- ** Activación Post-Afiliación**:
- ** Monitoree a los clientes recientemente afiliados, asegurando su activación y verificando su satisfacción a través de encuestas Net Promoter Score (NPS).**
- ** Analizar las causas de la inactividad y recomendar acciones correctivas.**
- ** Informes ejecutivos**:
- ** Prepare y entregue informes de nível ejecutivo que resuma la incorporación, los esfuerzos de retención y el desempeño del cliente.**
- ** Como representante de la fuerza de ventas de EVO, defenderá los valores de la empresa y cumplirá con los más altos estándares de ética y calidad.**
- ** Requisitos**:
- ** Licenciatura completa o casi completa en Administración de Empresas, Economía o un campo relacionado.**
- ** Experiência mínima de 1 año en funciones administrativas.**
- ** Dominio de Microsoft Office Excel o herramientas relacionadas de Google (preferiblemente nível medio a avanzado).**
- ** Familiaridad con las herramientas CRM (preferiblemente).**
- ** Dominio básico del idioma inglés (preferiblemente no obligatorio)**
