**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agent network, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase shipping volume and profitability for Viamericas
- Conduct regular telephone visits to assigned agents, providing exceptional service and support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with field staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Analyze data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients, driving long-term revenue growth
- Provide proactive solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics

**Requirements:**

• Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop targeted solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong internet research skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals

**What We Offer:**

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
