About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technical support, with experience in developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and concerns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, technical support, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
