- Se requiere carrera en Sistemas, no truncos, no fuera de esta carrera.
- Experiência mínima a 1 año en soporte L1.
- Conocimientos en escalamiento.
- Extremadamente importante habilidades en atención al cliente.
- Aún más importante excelente comunicación en inglés, un nível avanzado ya que darán soporte internacional.
- Conocimiento y la capacidad para aplicar técnicas, determinar la causa, posibles afectaciones, crear soluciones alternativas con el uso de las herramientas para un análisis efectivo de los tickets.
- Control y mejora en los siguientes conocimientos: actitud de servicio, contacto con usuarios, multi tarea, multi ventana, redacción en tiempo real, comprensión de textos, análisis de información y datos, capacidad de comunicación, conocimiento en el sistema operativo Windows y sus herramientas, redes, máquinas virtuales, Microsoft Office y software dedicado.
