Currently we are looking for our next: BI Catman Analyst PMF

**Which is the main objective of this role?**

Integrate the market and catman retailer´s scan data within BI Catman repository through secure processes to update and keep the information. Enabling granular and critical business insights across channels, customers, regions and also at a store-sku level.

Build up BU, Channel and Regional BR, leveraging all the purchased market tools (Nielsen, Iscam, Kantar and others) to generate insights that add value to the business and facilitate the decision making in time and scope.

Qualifications:
**What will you be doing?**
- Support Catman Analytics project with inputs and feedbacks
- Support and ensure monthly sales update to RSi platform monitoring tendency sales
- Generate monthly pivot table report by category and format
- Follow up A&M budget generate OC on MyBuy Platform
- Review and validate products and stores catalogs, ensuring correct segmentation, new productos and stores, continue data cleaning
- Review actual dashboards and reports ensuring the correct functionalities and develop new reports and dashboard focus on forward looking and advanced analitycs
- Contribute to developing the Analytics RSi platform of the future for Business Intelligence Catman

**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Data Science
- Advanced English required
- Background of experience in FMCG or insurance Companies
- Problem solving skills
- Robust analytical skills (high handling Excel, desirable Power BI, R, Pynton or Tableu)
- Acute business sense (e.g. understanding of market trends and dynamics, price and distribution, etc.)
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Interpersonal and presentation skills (empathy, teamwork, storytelling, communication etc.)
- Ability to interact and persuade professionally with a diverse group of Executives
- Ability to align process priorities and ensure compliance
