**Que harás**
- Coordinar las actividades del área y a los entrenadores, alineándose a las necesidades del negocio.
- Asegura que se mantenga el cumplimiento en las áreas de manufactura, con respecto a la capacitación.
- Apoyar en la evaluación de necesidades de capacitación y el desarrollo del plan anual de capacitación.
- Crear y mantener actualizados los planes de estudio, los grupos de usuarios y los elementos de capacitación que necesita la empresa local en SLMS.
- Atender y resolver las NC-CAPA relacionadas con el proceso de formación técnica, así como el apoyo en las acciones de NC-CAPA requeridas.
- Mantener registros de capacitación en Compliance Wire.
- Reportar indicadores de capacitación en forma diaria, semanal y mensual.
- Crear y desarrollar los métodos para evaluar la eficacia del entrenamiento.
- Da seguimiento a proyectos o tareas especiales, relacionadas con la capacitación.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento continuo de los estándares regulatorios, los requisitos de calidad y las normas y leyes mexicanas aplicables.
- Seguir los procesos y procedimientos establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad.
- Apoyar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos empleados, según sea necesario.
- Soportar cambios de ingeniería en onePLM como Coordinador de Capacitación.
- Brindar apoyo y orientación en iniciativas empresariales y en diversos proyectos desde los equipos funcionales, desde el punto de vista formativo.
**Que necesitarás**:
- Licenciatura enfocada en Capacitación y el Desarrollo: Educación, Recursos Humanos, Negocios, Psicología, Ingeniería o una experiência equivalente en capacitación de ciclo completo.
- +3 años de experiência en entornos de manufactura en una función de Capacitación Técnica, Desarrollo de Talentos o similares.
- Experiência en una posición de liderazgo de personas.
- Conocimiento en gestión de LMS (Compliance Wire, Cornerstone, Saba, PeopleSoft).
- Conocimiento de proyectos NC-CAPA o en seguimiento de acciones NC-CAPA.
- Experiência en auditorías internas o externas.
- Bilingüe: inglés y Español (de preferencia).
- Dominio de MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Conocimientos en ISO 13485 y 820 CFR 21 o similar.
- Conocimientos de los requisitos de la Ley Federal del Trabajo de México.
