¿Cuál será tu objetivo principal en esta posición?

Dar soporte administrativo al equipo de ventas para clientes tanto internos, como externos, trámites administrativos, atención a solicitudes de los clientes para los procesos de aceptación de registro

Objetivo del puesto:

- Ser el soporte con el cliente sobre en el proceso de venta y post-venta
- Seguimiento y retención de clientes.
- Dar soporte al contrato del cliente y en la preparación de documentación de altas, actualización de datos haciendo cumplir políticas internas.
- Brindar apoyo en las necesidades de cliente, siendo intermediario entre la organización y tanto clientes internos, como externos.
- Asistencia administrativa en área de ventas.
- Encargado de gestionar créditos y altas de clientes externos en conjunto con el equipo de ventas. Modificaciones de información y actualización de datos (Domicilio, RFC, solicitar extensión de crédito, estados de cuenta, etc.)
- Recepción y seguimiento a quejas, brindado una solución inmediata para la correcta operación y necesidades del cliente
- Análisis de los movimientos de mercado, de los productos aéreo, marítimo y terrestre
- Análisis de información con relación a las comisiones mensuales correspondientes del equipo de ventas

Requisitos:

- Deseable: 1 año de experiência en trámites administrativos corporativos.
- Lic. En Administración de empresas, Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Comerciales, o Ing. Industrial.
- Inglés: nível avanzado (oral y escrito).
- Excel Avanzado: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, macros
- Excelente ortografía.
- Organizado.
- Proactivo.
- Facilidad de palabra.
- Deseable experiência o conocimiento en el sector forwarding.
