Estamos buscando a nuestro próximo In Store Trainer quién liderará la estrategia de entrenamiento al equipo interno asegurando la máxima experiência de servicio y operación para nuestros atletas y consumidores de nuestra Nike Unite Lerma.
¿En qué trabajarás?
- Entrenar al equipo de forma constante de los servicios agregados, así como de la maquinaria para el mismo.
- Co
- Responsable del entrenamiento equipo de tienda
- Ejecutar las estrategias de community engagement
- Ejecutar las estrategias de comunicación de la marca hacia la comunidad
- Conocimiento en área de deportes así como de tecnologías de prodcuto.
- Asegurar la correcta implementación de nuestros programas de servicio, operaciones, producto, etc.
- Ejecutar los programas de onboarding para todo el equipo.
- Calendarizar los entrenamientos para todo el equipo
- Trabajar de la mano con EKIN / TC'S así como del Lead de Training & Events.
Con quién trabajarás?
Esta persona será responsable de seguimiento en el entrenamiento de todos nuestros programas, herramientas, procesos, políticas, etc. Trabajará de manera directa con el Coach de Operaciones así como de manera cross funcional con otros Coaches de la tienda.
¿Qué traes a Nike?
- Experiência 3 años de experiência en posición de entrenamientos (boutiques, tiendas
- deportivas)
- Capacidad para construir, dirigir, administrar y entrenar equipos de alto rendimiento
- Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y
