**Role Description**
- The CSM is responsible for the onboarding of Harmonic’s SaaS solution customers and serves as the primary post-sales point of contact for Harmonic’s newly onboarded SaaS solution customers.
- The LATAM customer / account list is defined by adoption of Harmonic’s SaaS products / deployment of a SaaS project and the customer / account can be adjusted or added to from time to time.
- The CSM serves as the Customer Advocate facilitating the communication and cooperation between the Customer and Harmonic. Trained in cross-functional roles, the CSM is empowered to provide the Customer with assistance in multiple areas including:
- Handling of questions and problems
- Facilitating resolution thanks to the proper coordination and escalation internally
- Propose and implement a procedure to make sure that problems do not occur again
- Recommend improvements and evolutions, as required in collaboration with other Harmonic team members in functional teams supporting the SaaS solution.
***What you will be doing**:
- Execute repeatable and measurable process to ensure customer experience throughout the adoption, expansion and renewal cycle.
- Uses in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry and/or business processes, deep knowledge of the Harmonic SaaS product solution, and technical expertise to drive and increase adoption and utilization of Harmonic’s SaaS products.
- Demonstrates Harmonic’s SaaS product features beyond central functionality to help the customer achieve specific business results and maximum value from the product(s).
- Leverage on customer-specific telemetry or intelligence from the product to drive proactive and prescriptive actions to demonstrate value, upsell, renew
- Recommend specific solutions to achieve customer’s desired results.
- Holds responsibility for identifying opportunities and closing additional revenue in coordination with the account manager from assigned clients, including upselling and cross-selling of related products; accountable for customer renewal and retention results.
- Ensures best practices are adopted for product use.
- Is the point of contact to handle escalations and coordinate across functional areas of the company, including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, and/or Support.
- Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and being responsible for identifying, tracking and driving all customer issues to resolution.
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Excellent people management, coaching and development skills
- Strong customer facing and relationship management skills with appropriate negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong new business development skills
- Strong influence and negotiation skills
- Practical working knowledge of SaaS solutions and strong technical background with relevant attributes directly impacting the sales decision process
- Practical use of Windows professional product suites as required to perform fundamental duties
- Ability to build relationships with all functions and areas of the company both within region and globally as well as a track record of respected and trusted relationships with customers in the industry
