Technical Customer Success Manager

At Crossover, we're looking for a skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires interacting with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for product improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or product management within the enterprise software industry.
The salary for this role is $100,000 USD per year, which equates to $50 USD per hour based on 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Our compensation package offers a fair rate for your skills and experience.
In this role, you'll be responsible for synthesizing customer feedback into actionable insights and communicating these to the product and engineering teams. You'll also identify and onboard high-value customers to participate in our Customer Advisory Board.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to be able to drive innovation and customer success by leveraging AI technologies. Experience using customer feedback to drive product improvements is essential, as well as managing customer relationships and assisting customers to maximize product value.
