Importadora y distribuidora a Retail solicita: jefe de Customer Service
**Responsabilidades**:
Garantizar la eficacia y la calidad del servicio al cliente interno y externo **(Tiendas departamentales y tiendas de Autoservicio).**
Interactuar con las áreas involucradas en el proceso (Comercial, Logística y Operaciones).
Asegurar que el proceso de flujo requerido cumpla con los requerimientos del cliente.
Proporcionar actividades de acuerdo con las normas y procedimientos de la compañía y el operador logístico. Así mismo, trabajo en equipo y con supervisión continua.
Revisar y mantener informado a todas las áreas involucradas sobre el estado de la orden.
**Coordinar actividades para garantizar el adecuado seguimiento a las órdenes de compra y cumplimiento de la agenda.**
Realizar un seguimiento de las actividades del Operador Logístico relacionadas con las entregas y rechazos de los clientes.
Requisitos mínimos:
Ingeniero Civil Industrial o similar con al menos **3 años de experiência en el cargo, jefatura de Customer service**, inglés avanzado, Experiência en empresas de Consumo Masivo y/o Retail, Manejo de ERP de preferencia SAP
Tener conocimiento: en Excel (de intermedio a avanzado), Conocimiento de atención al cliente (interno y externo). Sumamente Disciplinado, Organizado y excelente comunicación. Contar con las constancias laborales de los trabajos previos.
Se ofrece un sueldo mensual bruto de $30,000. Prestaciones de ley y superiores (vales de despensa y fondo de ahorro). Contratación directa con la empresa y ante el seguro social se está al 100%. Zona de trabajo en Miguel Hidalgo, de lunes a viernes tiempo completo y sábados medio día.
