Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  2. Ensure that all guest interactions are warm, friendly, and attentive, meeting or exceeding our high standards.
  3. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and feedback.
  4. Collaborate with the front desk team to resolve guest complaints and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and revenue management principles.
