Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are warm, friendly, and attentive, meeting or exceeding our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, complaints, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to resolve guest complaints and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and revenue management principles.
