Systems Technical Support Specialist

El puesto de Especialista en soporte de IT Lvl1 brindará soporte técnico en sitio de nível 1 en un sitio de fabricación en Tijuana, México. Este puesto trabajará con equipos de IT corporativos, de América del Norte y Central.
**Funciones esenciales**
- Brindar soporte técnico a los usuarios finales en persona, por teléfono o acceso remoto.
- Proporcionar soporte técnico práctico para los equipos del taller conectados a la red.
- Proporcionar resoluciones oportunas directamente o mediante un proceso de escalamiento definido.
- Instalar, configurar y mantener hardware y software en equipos de TI y de planta (tecnología operativa).
- Soportar problemas técnicos generales de hardware/software y escalarlos según sea necesario.
- Imagen y registro de PC de acuerdo con los estándares corporativos
- Realizar tareas administrativas básicas de Microsoft Active Directory (es decir, restablecer contraseñas)
- Proporcionar capacitación a los usuarios finales sobre hardware y software.
- Responsable de la configuración e incorporación de PC para nuevos empleados.
- Administre las opciones de seguridad de Windows, las vulnerabilidades locales y sirva como contacto en el sitio para la resolución de incidentes cibernéticos.
- Compra y aprovisionamiento de suministros informáticos.
- Ayudar a los usuarios con copias de seguridad de datos locales
- Participar y contribuir en las auditorías de TI.
- Trabajar con proveedores externos (prueba de conceptos, adquisiciones, resolución de problemas)
- Proporcionar soporte técnico para los dispositivos de Internet de las cosas (IoT) utilizados en el proceso de fabricación, garantizar que estén configurados, conectados y mantenidos correctamente.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos de la Industria 4.0 y contribuir a su implementación.
- Garantizar que los sistemas de la Industria 4.0 cumplan con los estándares y prácticas de ciberseguridad y participen activamente en la protección de datos y procesos contra amenazas cibernéticas.
- Manténgase actualizado con los estándares de la industria relacionados con la Industria 4.0 y asegúrese de que la infraestructura de TI de la empresa cumpla con estos estándares.
- Proporcionar servicio de “manos remotas” de infraestructura de TI local a ingenieros de redes e infraestructura de nível 2 y 3 global y regional, cuando sea necesario.

- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado y en el que el tiempo es urgente, mientras se gestionan múltiples prioridades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, verbal y escrita, tanto en inglés como en español.

- Capacidad para aprender nuevas tecnologías rápidamente.
**Calificaciones mínimas**
- Título asociado en informática, sistemas de información o experiência equivalente.
- Experiência con la administración de Microsoft Windows y Active Directory, soporte y resolución de problemas de MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint y OneDrive.
- Experiência en la configuración y el mantenimiento de PC con Windows y accesorios relacionados, y resolución de problemas básicos de redes y dispositivos inalámbricos.
**Preferido, no requerido**:
- Experiência con administración de Microsoft Azure (AAD), MS Intune y ServiceNow
- 1-3 años de experiência relacionada con TI en un entorno de fabricación.
- Experiência con SAP ERP, aplicaciones de taller, impresoras de etiquetas, pistolas de escaneo y equipos de taller de fabricación (láser, punzonadora, prensa)
- Experiência con Salas de Microsoft Teams (MTR)
- CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+) o certificación equivalente
