Your role at Clorox:
The Business Support Manager is responsible for the operating results in R&P warehouse, MRP & Scheduling and Plant Distribution Center. This role is key to supply finish product to the Business by ensuring supply of raw and packaging (R&P) materials to the plant through the execution of the MRP process, scheduling the production and managing the local DC for both internal and customer shipping.

In this role, you will:

- Owns the R&P materials inventory and manages the warehouse to plan, purchase, receive, store and supply the right materials to Manufacturing.
- In charge of scheduling materials delivery and defining a production schedule based on Planning’s input to align the Supply chain end to end.
- Leads the production cycle with co-packers which involves production planning, materials supply, and collection of finish product to ensure FP availability.
- Owns the plant DC operation, from receiving finished pallets from manufacturing, storing, and shipping Club’s SKUs directly to customers and non-Club’s SKUs to our external DCs.
- Responsible for production control and inventory accuracy (ICC). Sponsors ILM process, ME Atlas scorecard.

What we look for:
Experience Required- 5-7 years of experience manufacture roles- People management- Manufacturing & planning- Technical knowledge in Inventory control, MRP, process improvement and finance.- Experience in WCO / TPM- SAP

Academic Background- College degree - Industrial, Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or equivalent experience
