**Join Our Team as a Statements & Billing Representative**
We are seeking **Statements & Billing Representatives** to become valuable members of our customer service team. In this role, you will handle billing clarifications while delivering outstanding service to our customers.
**What You'll Do**:
- Manage, process, and resolve billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear verbal and written communication.
- Address challenging and high-pressure situations with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and foster retention.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
- Assist customers in understanding their statements, charges, and rates.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Advanced English (C1 level).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a customer service environment, preferably within banking, finance, payments, or related industries.
- **Customer Retention Expertise**: Experience in roles requiring basic math and calculation skills.
- **Skills**:
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities with a talent for de-escalating tense situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing internal and external relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting experience.
- Passion for achieving goals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); university or technical studies are a plus.

- Performance Bonus: $3,660.00 MXN
