**Your Role and Responsibilities**:
**Accurate, honest, and efficient Support**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing inquiries, providing solutions that uphold our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
- Respond to billing contacts promptly and assist customers in understanding their invoices, charges, and credits.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate information is communicated to customers.
- Investigate and resolve accounting inquiries from customers, identifying and addressing underlying issues.

**Effective Account Management**:

- Manage and maintain customer files, ensuring accurate and organized documentation.
- Process ACH and Credit Card payments efficiently, contributing to seamless financial transactions.
- Enter account finance adjustments ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform reconciliation of customer information across interrelated databases.

**Initiative and Problem-Solving**:

- Take the lead in defining problems, gathering relevant data, and collaborating with your team to provide solutions and move our business forward.
- Provide proactive solutions to our restaurant partners aimed at minimizing restaurant churn, showcasing your resourcefulness and dedication.
- Expert-level familiarity with OpenTable products and operational processes, demonstrating your in-depth product knowledge.
- Meticulous attention to detail that ensures accuracy in all interactions and transactions.
- Proven ability to tackle challenges independently, showing initiative in problem-solving.
- Swift issue comprehension and efficient problem-solving, showcasing your commitment to timely resolutions.
- Outstanding organizational skills, encompassing task prioritization and effective time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with the capacity to juggle and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, schedule adherence, and maintaining good attendance records.
