We're looking for a** Service Now Engineer**
**Location: Remote Mexico**
**Qualifications we are looking for**:
- **4+ years of ITSM/ITOM **experience as software engineer and development
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow** ITSM, HRSD, CMDB and integration with other external modules.
- Manage data with tables in the ITSM/HRSD modules and its Data Sources
- MID Server configurations for Integrations & data pull
- Customizes ServiceNow configuration, including custom scripts
**Desired Certifications**:
- ITIL v4 (or higher) certification
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) on a recent SN platform release
- Certified Application Specialist (CAS) on a recent SN platform release
