**Asesor Business Continuity and Incident Management (BCIM)**

**Role Purpose. **The jobholder is responsible for coordinating and implementing activities related with business continuity program across all areas in HBMX; This role requires comprehensive planning and engagement with BC Champions and key stakeholders to agree the scope, deliverables, and timelines.The position requires close co-ordination with BCP Champions, Managers, key Stakeholders, functional areas and support Teams across HBMX to ensure timely escalation or resolution of any business constraints in achieving the required objectives.
- Guarantee the correct deployment of the program across all HBMX areas
- Provide training and coaching to BC Champions
- Implementation and testing of BC plans across all HBMX areas
- Implementation of awareness strategies
- Development, implementation and tracking of KPI´s, MI, Reporting & Dashboards for LAM BCIM

**Main activities**:

- Team Work - Implementation of BCIM program
- Point of contact with BC Champions with regular two-way review meetings, including discussion on BCIM program, policies and implementation hurdles.
- Ensure timely delivery of BCIM related inputs.
- Maintain the alternate and dedicated sites in optimal operating conditions in the event of a business continuity incident.
- Guarantee the correct solution of the problems detected in the quality reviews of program BCIM across all HBMX areas.
- Enhance BC Champions knowledge on matters related to BCIM Standards and program.
- Ensure BC Champions and Deputies have sufficient training and knowledge of the function.
- Full and open communication across areas.
- Coordinate BCP testing across all areas as per scheduled.
- Point of contact to ensure all areas are on track with BCIM program implementation.
- Ensure a robust testing process is in place as per BCIM Standards and local regulation requirements.
- Ensure all HBMX areas have documented robust recovery strategies covering all BCIM mandatory scenarios.
- Ensure there is a review mechanism to benchmark the BC Plans vs BCM Standards and business needs

- University Graduate
- CBCP Certificate
- Job Experience of 1-3 years
- Effective planning, project and customer relationship management.
- Positive relationships with business partners
- Management of risk
