**Your Role and Responsibilities**
This role is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of security services, ensuring compliance with the service levels included in the scope, managing customer expectations and keeping the contract healthy at the contractual, financial, customer satisfaction and delivery levels.

Main Responsabilities:

- Lead the project team that provides security services, being the focal point for the prioritization and execution of services.
- Integrate all service areas to ensure compliance with contractual deliverables and managing customer expectations by managing risks and problems in the project
- Maintain an active participation in committees and meetings with clients leading the agenda of the meeting.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement by maintaining efficient communication with service leaders.
- He is responsible for the financial management of projects, ensuring the income provided, billing on time and cost management while maintaining healthy profitability.
- Responsible for project cost management, validating internal and external costs, seeking efficiencies and cost reduction year after year.
- Monitor and control service levels by reporting potential service problems in advance through executive alerts.
- Lead the resolution of critical incidents maintaining assertive communication with the client and the service areas.
- Understand client requirements by identifying, guiding and supporting the closing of new business opportunities in the account.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 5+ years of experience in managing Information Security projects
- Knowledge of solutions in information security services
- Knowledge of security standards
- Identification of risks, threats and incident management
- Soft skills for people management

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in Security Operations in financial institutions (Nice to have)
- Information Security Certification
- ITIL
- PMP Project Management Professional PMI
- Intermediate English
