**Agente Guest Service**:

**Descripción del puesto**:
Como Agente Guest Service, será responsable de brindar servicios personales excepcionales a los huéspedes. Sus principales responsabilidades serán ayudar a la clientela, tomar y transmitir mensajes, organizar o asesorar sobre transporte, servicios comerciales y entretenimiento, así como monitorear las solicitudes de limpieza y mantenimiento de los huéspedes.

**Funciones y responsabilidades del puesto**:

- Recibir a los clientes e interactuar con ellos de una manera cálida y acogedora.
- Proporcionar información, recomendaciones y servicios de reserva para diversas actividades, incluido el transporte, los restaurantes, el entretenimiento y los servicios comerciales.
- Mantener comunicación de manera efectiva con otros miembros del equipo para satisfacer las necesidades y solicitudes de los huéspedes de manera oportuna.
- Supervisar las solicitudes de limpieza y mantenimiento de los huéspedes y coordine con los departamentos apropiados para garantizar un servicio oportuno y eficiente.
- Mantener la confidencialidad al manejar información confidencial, mensajes privados y detalles personales de los huéspedes.
- Gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y priorice demandas en conflicto para brindar un servicio de alta calidad.
- Mantener el conocimiento de los eventos locales, lugares, atracciones y proveedores de servicios para proporcionar información actualizada y precisa a los invitados.
- Demostrar apariencia y comportamiento profesional en todo momento.
- Completar tareas o responsabilidades adicionales según se le asigne.

**Experiência laboral**:

- Requiere conocimientos y habilidades adquiridos a través de capacitación formal o experiência laboral considerable
- Trabaja dentro de los procedimientos establecidos con un grado moderado de supervisión
- Tiene de 2 a 3 años de experiência laboral
