**Summary**:

- Co-responsible with Sales and Marketing for the delivery of the annual sales and contribution margin objectives, as well as the margin improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of his team in developing the new products.
- Responsible for the professional growth and the job performance of the people in his team.
- Responsible for the delivery and implementation of new technologies and innovations in the food service segment.
- Responsible for the scientific soundness, food safety, regulatory compliance,
- Responsible of technical performance, economical and manufacturing feasibility of all new products developed for the segment.
- Responsible for linking with regional and global colleagues and teams to share and to bring innovation
- Co-Responsible for the readiness and maintenance of the laboratories and pilot plants in use.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver Results (Performance)
- Drive product leadership according to Griffith aspirations.
- Plan, coordinate, and assign resources for the execution of new product projects.
- Drive the right prioritization of activities and milestones inside the team.
- Participate in the development of product portfolio roadmaps and research pipelines.Validate formulas and processes for technical and cost performance, as well as monitoring product life cycle. Ensure R&D procedures and guidelines are followed (product development, process development, specifications, etc.).
- Creative and proactive looking for GPE impacts.

Make the Future Better
- Identify, research and implement new ingredients, technologies, and packages related to the segment.
- Anticipate emerging technical trends, regulatory environment and market needs through continues improvement and innovation.
- Monitor trends and competitors that can impact future growth to surface scientific opportunities.
- Identify and recommend initiatives for sustainable development.
- Leverages technology by advising on the development of H&N products.

Build Customer Success
- Monitors and takes proactive / corrective actions to ensure the delivery of New Product Sales and Margin results, H&N portfolio.
- Have a protagonist role in product presentations to customers.
- Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Culinary, Sensory Finance, and Customers.
- Accelerate Speed to Market. Think of the box to stablish new processes that drive excellence execution and right timings.
- Leads or supports any product development initiative as required by the R&D function.
- Promote the trust of customer base on facts and specific metrics.

- Expand external ecosystem to benefit focus areas such as H&N, sustainability, innovation and efficiency.
