**Altantic Mechanical is an eCos company** headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Atlantic Mechanical has been proudly serving its clients in the greater Baltimore area for over 30 years. We specialize in commercial and residential plumbing for builders and contractors.
As a **Virtual Assistant on the Residential Plumbing Team**, you will be right in the middle of the action-responsible for coordinating all aspects and schedule items of plumbing projects within residential properties. This role requires an excellent command of the English language, superb organizational skills, a positive upbeat attitude, strong communication. You will be collaborating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful completion of plumbing projects.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. PROJECT PLANNING & SCHEDULING**:
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Create and update proposals using company templates.
- Create labor charts for subcontractors and make sure all subs are compliant with our sub requirements.
- Schedule tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Support Project Manager, Estimator and General Manager on other tasks as assigned.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, contractors, builders, and internal teams.
- Review invoices and job cost comparison.
- Set up and maintain jobs in our software to include adding notes & job documents and verify that plans are construction set prior to job start.
- Pay for permits on permit portals and schedule inspections.
**2. PROCUREMENT & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT**:
- Manage material processes including requesting quotes, ordering materials, maintaining material lists.
- Review builder PO’s and update PO’s for add-ons and missing items for contracted projects.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory numbers to ensure availability of required resources.
**3. QUALITY ASSURANCE & COMPLIANCE**:
- Verify warranty eligibility and request and track warranty replacements.
- Schedule inspections and check inspection status.

**NOTE**:This is a remote contractor position, with the opportunity to transition in the future as a Full Time Employee (FTE)
