- **Funciones**:_
- **Prospectar y Generar Leads**: Identificar y contactar a clientes potenciales a través de diversas estrategias, como llamadas en frío, correos electrónicos, redes sociales, eventos de networking, etc.
- **Entender las Necesidades del Cliente**: Realizar un análisis profundo de las necesidades de contratación de los clientes potenciales para comprender sus requisitos específicos de personal.
- **Presentar y Vender Soluciones**: Presentar de manera asertiva los servicios de reclutamiento y selección de personal ofrecidos por **Potenxial®**, destacando sus beneficios y ventajas competitivas.
- **Negociación y Cierre de Ventas**: Negociar los términos y condiciones de los contratos de servicios con los clientes potenciales y cerrar acuerdos de venta exitosos.
- **Desarrollo de Relaciones**: Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes existentes y potenciales, estableciendo la confianza y la lealtad a largo plazo.
- **Colaboración con el Equipo de Reclutamiento**: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de reclutamiento para garantizar una alineación efectiva entre las necesidades del cliente y la entrega de servicios.
- **Seguimiento Postventa**: Proporcionar un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional, asegurándose de que los clientes estén satisfechos con los servicios recibidos y abordando cualquier problema o preocupación de manera oportuna.
- **Requisitos**:_
- Licenciatura enfocada a la Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia o afín.
- Experiência comprobada en ventas mayor a 3 años, preferiblemente en la industria de servicios de reclutamiento y selección de personal o en una industria relacionada.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con capacidad para presentar ideas de manera clara y persuasiva.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación y capacidad para cerrar acuerdos comerciales.
- Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo pasión para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.
- Fuerte orientación al cliente y capacidad para desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales y existentes.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera efectiva tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.

Sueldo: $18,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mes
