About the team
The team is responsible for lead a world class team and set the TikTok strategy for the Latin American market, evolve the value proposition for local TikTok ecosystem and build rich partnerships with other regional teams to effectively deliver this strategy. Main partners will include regional leaders for sales, product, comms, marketing, business development and policy.

**Responsibilities**:
Localize and Adapt Central and Regional Programs to Local Markets: lead customization of programs to meet the specific needs and cultural nuances of the local market. Ensure program adaptability while maintaining alignment with overarching strategies.
**Operate Programs Efficiently**: oversee the day-to-day operations of programs in local markets, optimizing program performance for maximum impact.
**Market Insights and Output Delivery**: collect and deliver actionable market insights to Central and Regional teams to inform program adaption and localization.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: close communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of local programs
**Team Leadership**: manage and inspire a team, represent the team with cross-functional leadership stakeholders and contribute to Regional strategic discussions.
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: develop and implement key metrics to measure program success. Oversee reporting of program performance and insights for continuous improvement
Provide regular reports on program performance and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in program management, operations, or a related role.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and cultural considerations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Adaptability and agility to navigate a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
