Igenomix, compañía internacional líder en servicios avanzados en genética reproductiva con más de 25 filiales alrededor del mundo, está buscando un Customer Support Representative para el laboratorio de México.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**
- Atender todas las llamadas de Call Center de forma apropiada y de acuerdo a los protocolos establecidos por la empresa.
- Resolver las consultar de los pacientes de forma ágil y siguiendo los estándares de la compañía.
- Gestionar la información de los clientes en los diferentes sistemas (altas y actualización de datos).
- Hacer seguimiento de las oportunidades no ganadas.
- Gestionar la logística de muestras (documentación, envío de kits para la obtención de muestras, recepción de kits, resolución de incidecias, etc).
- Gestionar la realización de cobros y tareas administrativas.
**¿Qué necesitarás para desempeñar con éxito este trabajo?**
- Experiência profesional previa de al menos 3 años en posición similar
- Estamos buscando una persona empática en el trato con clientes/pacientes, flexible trabajando en equipo, con capacidad organizativa y orientada a la resolución de problemas y al detalle.
- Se valorará el nível medio-alto de Inglés
- Dominio de Paquete Office
- Imprescincible experiência con Salesforce (CRM)
