Customer Support Representative

**Overview**
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, a leading provider of technology services for retail businesses, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
We are looking for a skilled professional with 1+ year of experience in related roles to manage depot/vendor contracts, ensure SLAs/SLOs are met, and reconcile delivery/depot/vendor management issues to closure. You will also be responsible for maintaining a knowledge base (NACA) of maintenance contract terms and conditions, submitting requests to operations for standardized delivery reporting, and managing POs with procurement focal teams.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must have a technical background with an administrative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with follow-up and support of inventory and invoicing processes is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Preferred Skills**
Candidates with experience working in multiple systems (Oracle, Service Now, iSupport, etc.) and intermediate English language proficiency will be given preference.
