**What You'll Do**
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy roadmap to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Process Optimization: Scale new and existing processes to streamline business operations and support growth.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage the promotions budget to boost customer metrics.
- Product Improvement: Seek innovative features to enhance customer experience and collaborate with central teams to ensure the relevance and priority of new product rollouts.
- Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across functional and regional teams to drive long-term regional growth while expanding your global professional network.

**What You'll Need**
- A minimum of 3 years in analytical roles; background in business consulting, investment banking, or fast-paced startups preferred.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Proven critical thinking and strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and making data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability in navigating ambiguous situations and communicating effectively with a diverse team.
- Advanced Excel capabilities; familiarity with SQL and Python is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with a knack for understanding consumer lifecycle.
